TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED

The Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes and the National Carriers' Conference Committee announced today they reached a tentative agreement settling Section 6 Notices served by BMWE and the carriers in November of 1999.  Details of the agreement will be released by the BMWE when the agreement is sent to its members for ratification.
