The Brotherhood is seeking
applicants to fill a position on the staff in the BMWE's
arbitration office in Chicago.
The staff person will work under the supervision of the
Assistant to the President in the Chicago Office and be
responsible for a variety of duties associated with
reviewing and preparing cases for progression to the
National Railroad Adjustment Board and Public Law Boards.
The ideal applicant should have strong written and verbal
communications skills, demonstrated organizational and
administrative ability, experience in drafting and
enforcing collective bargaining agreements, and basic
computer literacy.
