If you are a furloughed
employee of an American railroad company with at least 60
days of seniority or 60 calendar days of continuous
service preceding a holiday covered by our U.S. National
Holiday Agreement, and if you had compensation paid by
the carrier credited to 11 or more of the 30 calendar
days immediately preceding the holiday, you may be
entitled to pay for that holiday even though you are
furloughed.

- New Year's Day
- Washington's Birthday
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve (the day before Christmas is
observed)
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve (the day before New Year's is
observed)
