Every bona fide candidate for National Division office may supply the National Division with a picture and a brief campaign announcement of 250 words or less to be published in the last edition of the BMWED Journal prior to Convention which will be released May 20, 2026. In order to be published in the May 20, 2026 Journal, the material must be received no later than May 4, 2026. 

Candidate announcements will not be edited, corrected, or in any way modified, but may be returned if they contain obscenities. 

Furthermore, Bona Fide Candidates have access to the American Arbitration Association to send candidate announcements directly to the membership via email or traditional mail.  That service will be available starting on April 6, 2026.
