Tentative Agreement Ballots in Mail! Published: Sep 21 2022 9:59AM
Ratification ballots pertaining to the tentative agreement between the BMWED and the Class I freight carriers were dropped in the mail yesterday. BMWED members should expect to see them in their mailboxes over the next week. The deadline to vote on the TA is Oct. 9 at 11:59 p.m. The American Arbitration Association has been retained to conduct the balloting.
There are three ways to vote:
1. Return the ballot by mail in the postage-paid envelope provided. Please follow all instructions provided with the ballot.
2. Vote online at https://electionsaaa.org. Instructions to vote by internet are included with the ballot, including your PIN number (which is printed above your name and address on the back of the enclosed business reply envelope).
3. Vote by telephone at 1-866-674-1328. Again please follow the instructions provided with your ballot. You will need your PIN number.TENTATIVE AGREEMENT DOCUMENT
